Potential Award Recipients
Generate a report of members who may reach their next award level during the selected calendar year. The report uses career history to the end of the previous year, then adds one projected current-year membership year.
For example, if a member had 4 completed membership years at the end of 2025, and the report is run for 2026, they will appear as a potential 5-year award recipient.
Report Controls
Defaults to the current calendar year. Eligibility is calculated as completed membership years to the end of the previous year, plus one projected current year.
The list is populated from
awardRules.label. The default is the highest
available award rule. Select All only when a combined report is required.
Report Output
Run the report to identify potential award recipients.
