Award Eligibility Filter
The list is populated fromawardRules, ordered by sortOrder.
Members are shown only in their highest eligible lower award band.
Example: 23 membership years appears in the 20-year filter. 12 membership years appears in the 10-year filter. A 25-year member does not appear in the 20-year filter.
